1. Booking & Payment Policy

- Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total tour value is required immediately upon confirmation to secure resort allocations, domestic flight slots, and luxury cruise charters.
- Balance: The remaining 70% final balance must be settled exactly 45 days prior to the scheduled Day 1 arrival date.
- Methods: Payments can be processed via secure International Bank Wire Transfer or authorized Premium Credit Cards (subject to a standard 3% merchant gateway fee).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be formally submitted in writing via email and are subject to the following progressive fee structures:

- 45+ days prior to arrival: Loss of the initial 30% booking deposit.
- 44 to 30 days prior to arrival: A fee equal to 50% of the total tour cost will be withheld.
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: A fee equal to 75% of the total tour cost will be withheld.
- 14 days or fewer prior to arrival (or No-Show): 100% full forfeiture of the total tour cost; no refunds will be issued.
3. Dynamic Itinerary Modifications

- Operational Adjustments: The operating company reserves the right to substitute hotels, cruises, or flight schedules with equivalent 5-star properties or alternative times due to capacity constraints or unforeseen structural changes.
- Force Majeure: No monetary refunds or liability claims will be accepted for dynamic alterations arising from extreme tropical weather conditions, flight delays, government restrictions, or natural force majeure events. Alternative tour routing will be provided safely.
