We understand that travel plans can change, and we are committed to offering fair and transparent cancellation terms. 

Our policy is designed to provide flexibility for our clients while also honoring our commitments to service providers and reflecting the time and effort invested in organizing your trip.

Tours, accommodation & train tickets:

• Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival date: 5% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation 30 to 21 days before arrival date: 20% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation 20 to 10 days before arrival date: 30% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation 9 to 5 days before arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival date or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

During peak travel seasons, including national holidays, New Year, Lunar New Year, and major local festivals, stricter cancellation terms may apply due to high demand and limited availability.

Flights:

Normal tickets: 

• Refund: 30% of the full fare will be charged.
• Changes (date, time, or route): USD 30 per ticket per change, plus any fare difference.
• Name changes: Treated as a refund and rebooking, and charged accordingly (30% refund fee plus any fare difference).

Promotional Tickets:

• Non-refundable: 100% of the ticket value will be charged.
