We were very satisfied with that cruise. It was very special and amazing experience! We were looking for an alternative to the Ha Long Bay cruises and are so glad we found this one. Everything was so well organized and the whole crew did an excellent job. It all started even before the tour with the outstanding customer service from Mr. Quy. On the boat, we were welcomed by a very attentive team along with the wonderful and professional cruise manager Andy.
I really liked that the boat doesn’t have too many cabins, which creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere on the cruise. We were also greeted with a surprise upon arrival, showing that even the smallest details had been thoughtfully planned. I loved the interior of the boat, and our room with a private terrace was amazing! We were lucky with the weather and got to enjoy a stunning sunset. Bai Tu Long Bay was incredibly beautiful and clean — definitely the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommended to everyone!

Three day trip to Mù Cang Chải. We booked in March, before the floods. Because the original destination was unreachable, Metta Voyage offered us an alternative tour. We have had a great time! We were a group of 9 persons, 7 Vietnamese and 2 Dutch. Our guide Quách Phương ("Shuu") is very enthusiastic. We don't speak Vietnamese and she explained in English. She arranged vegetarian meals especially for me. The tour had some exciting motorbike rides and astonishing views over rice fields. The hotel and homestay where we spent the nights were clean and quiet. It has been a great experience!
3 days Mu Cang Chai tour. We booked the 3 days Mu Cang Chai. Because of landslides it was not possible to go there. They gave us a very good alternative tour but at the day the tour started, it was also not possible to go to the alternative places (because of landslides). Mettavoyage did a lot of work to make the tour possible. That was great. The tour was excellent and a great experience. The guide Shuu helped a lot. The communication can be better for tourists: the day that the tour started we didn't know that the second alternative tour was changed (for us no problem). The guide informed us very good during the tour. But it will be better to share the last changes. Advice to tourist passengers: download the app Zalo (you need a SIM with a phone number) so you can share pictures with the group. We have had a safe journey with a very good driver. Excellent Metta services in Vietnam. We used Metta for our Vietnam your in May 2024. Everything was professional, updated and with attention to details.
