BILL GATES DISCLOSURES HIS DAUGHTER’S HUSBAND IN THE FUTURE
At an investment and finance conference in the United States, Bill Gates was one of the speakers. During the Q&A session, an audience member asked him a thought-provoking question:
“Would you, the richest man in the world, accept your daughter marrying a poor man?”
His answer left the audience deeply reflective.
Bill Gates:
First, understand that being wealthy does not just mean having a bank account full of money.
Wealth, first and foremost, is the ability to create wealth.
For example, if someone wins a lottery, even if they win $100 million, they are not truly rich. That person is a poor person with a lot of money. This is why 90% of lottery winners return to poverty within five years.
On the other hand, there are people who are wealthy even if they don’t have money. Take most entrepreneurs, for example.
They start on the path to wealth even without money because they are developing their financial intelligence, and that is true wealth.
The Difference Between the Rich and the Poor:
To simplify: The rich are willing to work hard to become wealthy, while the poor may resort to extreme measures to gain wealth.
If you see a young person constantly learning, training, and striving to improve themselves, know that they are rich.
If you see a young person blaming the government, thinking all rich people are thieves, and constantly criticizing others, know that they are poor.
The rich believe they only need knowledge and training to take off, while the poor believe others must give them money so they can succeed.
In Conclusion:
When I say my daughter cannot marry a poor man, I’m not referring to money. I’m talking about the man’s ability to create wealth.
I apologize for what I’m about to say, but the majority of crimes are committed by poor people. When faced with money, they lose control, which is why they steal, rob, and so on.
It’s not entirely their fault—it’s because they don’t know how to make money independently.
One day, a bank security guard found a bag full of cash and returned it to the bank manager.
People called this man foolish, but in reality, he was a rich man without money.
A year later, the bank offered him a receptionist position. Three years later, he became a customer service representative. Ten years later, he managed a regional branch of the bank, overseeing hundreds of employees. His annual bonuses far exceeded the amount of money he could have stolen.
